NC Delegate Discussion - what to do about 7 delegates with 3 votes on NC - left
it up to the NC delegates from TX, might need a bylaws change next year
Proposal: We keep current delegates. We will not reduce # of alternates. TX NC delegates will figure out votes. Adopted by consensus.

Attending:
Art, Christine, Kat, Michael, Sheri. (Sheri, Diane, Kay and possibly others had issues dialing in with "all circuits busy" message, which may be in-effect ATT/Cingular and others blocking free conference call phone numbers.

State Convention in Marfa, TX - June 8-10
(Have consensus to proceed) Jane can no longer be the contact. Art Browning will be the contact person with Saarin (Marfa Chamber of Commerce). Sherri, Megan and Christine will help Art. We have reserved a hall for the weekend ($225). It has kitchen facilities, chairs and tables. It does not have a PA system. Question - do we have access to the hall in the evening? One hotel is booked with TxDOT employees doing road work. There will be accommodations for some folks with local families. There are a few restaurants, but their hours might not be regular. Groceries need to be brought from Alpine or farther away. Davis Mtn State Park is near-by.
