Neglected to mention in the meeting, but Kay and Doug would like to stop county sharing because it takes too many resources and it is not fair to the counties because the money gets held up.

National Meeting - All agreed to fund 7 early National Meeting reservations to take advantage of the reduced cost. [Doug]

GPTX fundraiser - Not much discussion. Doug attempted to get July "Butterfly" Hill for April 21 but could not contact her by email or phone.

Webhosting server update - Michael to report back with cost proposals on replacing the webhost.

State convention
Art: Issues contacting people on the ground in Marfa. Now getting some response. Will ramp up work on food, transportation, registration. Camping, state parks. Some hotels in Alpine but 30 min away or so. Some state parks. Art has 6 hugh tents we could use.
Doug volunteers to set up the program. Need online registration. Doug to send out emails periodically with progressively more details.
