I have left phone messages with two people in Marfa (Saarin, and Manny) about the AmVets hall that supposedly is reserved for June 8-10. I am trying to get more details about what hours it is available to us and what equipment it has (especially for meals).

Christine has pointed out to me that I need to delegate certain duties. I'll be contacting some of y'all soon, so be thinking about: Transportation, Meals, Program, Registration, and Materials.
