I called the man in charge of the AmVets hall today (4/4). I had left a message for him last month; this time I talked with him personally -- it's a good thing, because the reservation was only tentative until now.

We have the hall reserved for June 8, 9, and 10. The usual summer rate was $225 PER DAY, but he's only charging that for the Saturday (a prime day for them); so the total is $350. I'll put a check in the mail tomorrow.

Answers to the many questions:
1) Yes, we do have 24 hour access
2) Yes, there is Air Conditioning
3) the kitchen has stove and fridge, no utensils.
3) the hall has tables and chairs.

Saarin has said that the Pizza Foundation could donate paper plates; I would prefer being a bit more Green, but... And maybe they could rustle up some pots and pans.
