Grass Roots Movements are essential to any political party wishing to gain a foothold in a state.

Unfortunately, it seems that a strict rule is being enforced which prohibits county chairs and even candidates from learning just who are Green Party members in their own districts.

It's difficult to "grow the grass when you don't know where to water!"
